DELIVERY INFORMATION

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of receiving them. If this cannot be achieved for any reason, we will contact you and advise you when your order will be dispatched.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times within Australia are approximately 3 to 14 working days for standard rate of delivery.

You have the option to purchase signature on delivery for $2.95 when selecting postage. Suz E Bee Candles recommends that you do so. This ensures recourse with the carrier should the order not arrive. If you choose standard shipping, Suz E Bee Candles will not be held responsible for refunds or replacements of missing orders.

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post’s parcel post service. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item has been lodged with the carrier.

Under no circumstances does Suz E Bee Candles ever warrant that it will meet a particular delivery date or time.

PAYMENTS

All payments for the Suz E Bee Candles website are to be made in Australian dollars.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your product please contact us at hello@suzebeecandles.com.au).

We will review your request and email you with return instructions.

Please be sure to include the following information in your email:

Your name
The order number
The reason for the return and photos
Your daytime phone number
Your postal address

Once the item(s) are received and inspected, we will email you confirming receipt.

If approved, we will process the refund (including the return shipping cost) by reimbursing the method of payment used at the time of ordering within 5 working days.

CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES

Suz E Bee Candles will exchange any undamaged item if returned within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned in original condition, including packaging.

Delivery and handling charges on change of mind returns will be at the customer's own cost and risk. The customer is also required to cover the postage cost of replacement items.

BURN TIME AND DIMENSIONS

Actual burn time of our candle products depends on a number of ambient factors, therefore, the times given are approximate.

All product dimensions are to the nearest mm and are subject to variation due to being handmade.

CARE

At Suz E Bee Candles we go to great lengths to ensure our products are of the highest quality. We have provided candle care information (under the candle care tab) please follow this information when burning your candles. Suz E Bee Candles takes no responsibility for improper use of any products outside of the Suz E Bee Candles store. The customer’s use of Suz E Bee Candles’ products acknowledges that they have read the care instructions for the product.
