Beeswax is a by-product of honey production. When bees make honey, they create the beeswax to protect the delicate honeycomb. Naturally sourced beeswax often contains pollens, plant particles and debris. Suzanne personally cleans and purifies the beeswax, ensuring it is clean burning and ready for use.

The wax may vary in colour due to seasonal variations in pollens, this is a sign of quality beeswax and does not affect the product performance.

Cleaned and ready to use, our bulk beeswax is perfect for making your own: furniture polish, surfboard wax, beauty products, candles, beeswax food wraps, art and craft projects, wax seals.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Crystal (only) orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Public Holidays.

Orders containing Candles will take up to 10 business days to be dispatched. This is due to each candle being hand-made to order. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Public Holidays.

If your order has a mixture of Crystals and Candles your order will be sent as a whole when the candles are ready for dispatch.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are sent via Australia Post.
