Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Crystal (only) orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Public Holidays.

Orders containing Candles will take up to 10 business days to be dispatched. This is due to each candle being hand-made to order. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Public Holidays.

If your order has a mixture of Crystals and Candles your order will be sent as a whole when the candles are ready for dispatch.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

The Owner and Founder of Suz E Bee Candles & Crystals! After a back injury in 2007, I started making beeswax candles to give myself a sense of purpose.

Our award-winning beeswax is sourced directly from beekeepers in NSW. Crystals are handpicked by me and imported from all over the world.
